Digitising and what is digitising?
Embroidery starts by turning your logo file in to a digitised embroidery file. This is done by an experienced digitiser by hand on purpose built software.

There are multiple thread options available, our most popular being Polyneon. This is a Polyester thread that is very durable, offers vibrant colours and excellent finished result.
Final embroidery and what happens next?
We run off multiple test embroideries to ensure the finished item is to your requirements before your garments are embroidered. This ensures the best results are achieved and you are happy with the end product.

DTF Printing
Simple steps with Trade Clothing UK to get your garments printed.
Logo Formats and what is suitable to use?
For DTF printing we will only use, original Vector artwork in the following file formats PDF, SVG, EPS, AI, AD and CD. Why? this ensures colour profiles are 100% correct and the detail in the logo is as clear as it can possibly be.
Why cant we use image files?
There is one exception when we would use an image file, this is if it is a very high quality PNG. Unfortunately most image files pix-elate and each pixel is made up of different colours which is interpreted in the print.
Final print and what happens next?
The final print is produced and sampled to fabric to ensure no colour migration and that the print is of the highest quality.
